Efficient filters are an air filtration product with high usage rates in our daily life and industrial settings. They can capture and filter out harmful particles and dust impurities in the air, making it cleaner.

As the name suggests, high-efficiency filters have high filtration efficiency and large dust capacity, making them suitable for use in places with strict air requirements. They are mainly used to capture particulate dust and various suspended solids below 0.5um. Using ultra-fine glass fiber paper as filter material, offset paper, aluminum film and other materials as dividing boards, glued with wood frame aluminum alloy, using special silicone rubber as material, odorless, surface will not harden, and there will be no cracks over time. Chemical properties are stable, corrosion-resistant, can absorb stress generated by thermal expansion and contraction without cracking, with moderate softness and hardness, and good elasticity recovery. Featuring high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and large dust capacity, high-efficiency filters are widely used in industries such as optical electronics, LCD manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, precision instruments, beverage and food, PCB printing, and other dust-free purification workshops for air conditioning end supply. Both high-efficiency and ultra high-efficiency filters are used at the end of cleanrooms, and can be divided into three types based on their structural forms: high-efficiency filters with partitions, high-efficiency filters without partitions, high-efficiency filters with high air volume, and ultra high-efficiency filters.

What are the functions of high-efficiency filters

The high-efficiency filter cleaning technology controls the filtration of dust particles, which are generally 0.110 micrometers in size and contain solid particles. Organic particles suspended in the atmosphere include microorganisms, plant pollen, flocs, and hairs. Microorganisms generally include viruses, rickettsia, bacteria, fungi, protozoa, and algae. Air filtration technology mainly adopts a filtration separation method: by setting different performance air filters, suspended dust particles and microorganisms in the air are removed, that is, dust particles are captured and retained through filter media to ensure the cleanliness requirements of the incoming air volume. The filter material used in high-efficiency filters is fine diameter fibers, which can facilitate the smooth passage of airflow and effectively capture dust particles. The high-efficiency filter itself is made by folding extremely fine fiberglass paper, which can increase the contact area between the high-efficiency filter and the air, thereby increasing its dust capacity. The filtration accuracy of the high-efficiency filter itself can reach 99.99% and filter 0.3um or more, which means that most visible and invisible dust in the atmosphere, including bacterial carriers, can be filtered out, so that the filtered air can be sent indoors. This can meet the requirements of the production environment, and for some special industries, it can also ensure the personal safety of workers.
