These Mini – pleated HEPA filters use glass fibre media with an efficiency of H13 and H14. The frames can be galvanized steel, or aluminum. The Mini pleat HEPA filter series is designed to meet efficiency and air flow requirements for low pressure drop and resistance. The filter is manufactured to meet stringent filtering standards for filtering air borne particulates and contaminants in semi-conductor, pharmaceutical, food processing and other critical industries.

Features

1.Reasonable design and precise structure: The series of air filters are all designed with a panel structure. The frame is usually made of aluminum alloy and filter media is ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, filter media is separated by hot melt adhesive. The latest environmental friendly polyurethane is used as sealant to completely seal the filter media and the frame to prevent air leakage. Each HEPA air filter are conducted with strict leak detection and scanning tests before shipment.

2.High filtration accuracy and large dust holding capacity: Due to the panel dense-pleated structure, the filter media can expand to more than 25 times the actual filter area, and the filtration accuracy can reach 99.99-99.999% (0.1-0.3μm particle size).

3.Easy to install: The air filter is dense-pleated structure, so it is small size and light weight, double-sided protection grid makes the installation very convenient.
